Yesterday was an important day for one of OCHO’s most loyal partners and supporters, Proyecto Mirador. Founders Dee and Richard Lawrence attended the March for Science in Washington D.C to teach and speak up about ways in which each of us can contribute to reduce the levels of CO2. Encouraged by the success and results of their stove project in Honduras, Dee and Richard created the platform Cool Effect, a community of scientists that has vetted other projects that, like Proyecto Mirador, are effectively making an impact in reducing carbon pollution and climate change.
